Character's LGBTQ Reveal Cut From 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom'
Daniella Pineda, one of the stars of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, revealed that her character in the film, Zia Rodriguez, originally revealed her character’s sexual preference. However, the moment was cut from the movie and won’t be seen by audiences.
“I understood why they cut it — for sake of time. It’s me and Chris Pratt and we are in a military vehicle with all of these mercenaries,” Daniella said during her Build appearance. “I look at Chris and am like, ‘Yeah. Square jaw. Good bone structure. Tall. Muscles. I don’t date men, but if I did, it would be you. It would gross me out, but I would do it.’”
“It was cool, because it was a little insight into my character,” she added.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom hits theaters this Friday.
